Language Definitions – We can appreciate Private, that much of the language used within the Umbrella Army is not commonly used in the civilian world and so see below for a decryption of all the verbage that we use in the Field Operations Centre, emails, newsletter and elsewhere.
Recruit – An entrepreneur business or other organisation.
Comrade –An individual or business who you introduce to also sell Umbrella’s services.
Auxiliary – An individual or business who is also selling Umbrella’s services but was not introduced by you.
Command– Us, the company, Umbrella Business Support Ltd.
Weapons – Promotional items. Online such as banners, buttons, websites & offline such as business cards & leaflets.
Armory –Web pages where all promotional items can be found.
Territory –Locations on the map of businesses you have introduced and others who also sell Umbrella’s services.
Dog Tag / Introducer ID – Your account number with Umbrella Business Support Ltd.
Resources – Earnings from the sales or introductions you make.
Mission –Your unique goal on the amount of money you wish to make per month from this programme.
Mission Progress – How close you are to this months financial goal.
Oath – Policy / Code of Conduct that we expect all Umbrella Army members to live by.
Rank – Membership level, the greater you climb the more benefits you receive.
Distinctions / Medals – Gifts and prizes for reaching certain pre-set criteria or issued at discretion of management.
Over & Out – Button used to securely log out of your Field Operations Centre.
